The Lion of Judah's primary mission is to foster a love of learning in each child. Our curriculum skillfully weaves inspirational lessons with everyday academics. With our small class sizes, children learn to follow their curiosity, to think creatively, and to work both independently and cooperatively with others. We strive to instill integrity, compassion, and confidence in each child.
Infant and Toddler Program
Here at the Lion of Judah our infants and toddlers are awesome! We celebrate our little one's individuality, while caring for their basic needs. All of our infants have individualized care plans in which our teachers and parents work together to customize a curriculum that suite each child's needs.
We nurture the whole child and support social, emotional, physical and intellectual development by singing songs, finger plays and art activites. Our little ones improve their vocabulary throughidentification and repetition. Toddlers practice sharing with other students. They also learn to wash their hands and feed themselves during meal times. Our little ones enjoy outdoor activities on our age-appropriate playgrounds. Our teachers encourage each child to work at their own speed so they feel successful in the skills they are developing.
Here at the Lion of Judah your child will benefit from a professionally developed curriculum. Our comprehensive curriculum is designed to nurture the whole child and supports social, emotional, physical and intellectual development.
Your child will build foundational skills in early literacy, math, music, art, social studies and science.
Your child will love learning as they create art, sing, dance, read, and explore the world around them.
With our low class sizes our curriculum allows your child's teacher the ability to customize lessons to your child's skill level and learning style.
We help you to stay connected by sending home monthly newsletters that explains our center news as well as curriculum information. Each month our classroom has a different them which allow your child to participate in interactive projects and home assignments which reinforce letters, shapes and numbers from our monthly theme.
Here at the Lion of Judah we believe that learning is not limited to the classroom therefore we take four educational field trips per year and we enjoy full participation from all of our families. We also plan many in-house experiences for our students as well.
